• Available for Purchase and Remortgages for Individuals, Limited Companies and Ex Pats
• Available for properties up to £1m or £1.5m within the M25. Properties above £1.5m within Prime Central London are treated on a case by case basis
• Affordability starts at 125% of 3.49% on a Five Year Fixed Rate
• If following a desktop valuation the figure is not acceptable TML will provide a physical valuation (when allowed) at no extra charge
• For properties not suitable, including Houses of Multiple Occupation and Multi Unit Blocks, applications can still be submitted and cases will be progressed once a physical valuation is possible
