For all mortgage applications Complete FS will only collect a £99 application fee from the applicant(s).

There are three variations to this, which are:

  • Second charge loans, see below section on second charges.
  • On smaller first charge loans (typically less than £50,000) we may vary the fee to £199.
Second Charge Fee Structure:
Complete FS Ltd offer two distinct fee structure options. Option 1 is for clients that wish to pay processing fees upfront with Option 2 for those that require all costs absorbed into the loan:

2% Master Broker fee on completion (£500 minimum, £2,000 maximum)
£199 Application Fee
Disbursement Fee - £100 (covers lenders reference & land reg search)
Valuation Fee - if applicable (some lenders use drive by or desktop valuations)
